Here are some pictures that I made at the apple butter festival. I brought my granddaughter Haley Fugate with me and we had a great time. I was so excited that you did my grandfather's house as the building. There are so many memories connected to that house and I was so glad that I could share that with Haley. It was good to be back home and see the town so alive. Keep up the good work.

The 2009 Apple Butter Festival will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009 on the Town Square. Vendors from across the region will be present, offering a wide range of goods, products, crafts, food.

The Meadowview Civic Club will be making apple butter for sale in quarts and half-quarts. Other Meadowview goods will also be available: clothing, models of the buildings, cookbooks, etc….

The Civic Club is also offering a barbecue lunch with all the fixings. Proceeds from the sale of the lunches, the Meadowview goods, and the apple butter go to pay the debt on the Meadowview Health Clinic and Community Center.
